ARM CIC AU 		Sherry is the Program Manager for LARM. In this capacity, she acts as the primary Meadowbrook contact for the LARM Director, LARM Board of Directors and the staff of the League of Nebraska Municipalities (LNM). Sherry is responsible for overseeing Meadowbrook’s day-to-day service delivery to ensure that it remains progressive, timely and of high quality.

ARM-P 		Yvonne is the Risk Management Consultant for LARM. It is Yvonne’s responsibility to help members identify and analyze risk and recommend ways to manage their exposure to financial loss. Yvonne is also responsible for promoting participation in LARM by meeting with councils to explain the benefits and services of membership. Yvonne has been invited to speak for various Municipal Clerk Associations on Public Entity Risk Management issues.

MS AIM 		Robert “Bob” serves as Loss Control Consultant for LARM. He assists members of LARM to identify ways to reduce and control losses of all types. His duties include developing safety manuals and other reference/training materials, serves as a resource person, assists with implementation and maintenance of safety committees, conducting seminars in safety and loss control and helping members to identify and effectively deal with individual exposures and hazards.

Shannon is the Customer Service Representative for LARM. Shannon is a licensed Nebraska Insurance Agent responsible for day-to-day member services, including processing changes, issuing Certificates of Coverage and placing Public Official Bonds for members of LARM. Shannon helps to review, rate and process new member proposals and helps to gather renewal information from members.

WCLA 		Kathy joined LARM in May of 2006 handling the Workers’ Compensation claims out of the Lincoln office. Kathy is responsible for reviewing and determining liability of workers' compensation claims for injured employees; authorizing medical treatment when necessary; determining and authorizing all indemnity payments; establishing and maintaining adequate reserves on claims; interpreting and explaining NE state laws; assuring that all state forms are filed in a timely manner and preparing various correspondence with medical and legal contacts.

AIC 		As the Property/Liability Claims Consultant for LARM, Heather handles all property/casualty claims and litigation management in the Lincoln Office. She is responsible for monitoring litigated claims to ensure that all events affecting its value occur on a timely basis. Heather remains in close contact with members throughout the claims process, including personal visits as needed. She also watches for potential problem situations, which leads to more efficient and competent service and better results for members.

Amy is the Claims Clerk for LARM. Amy is responsible for providing administrative support for the LARM Claims Specialists. Amy’s responsibilities include entering loss information into the computer system, following various check issuing procedures, assembling and maintaining claims files and assisting with correspondence for the claims professionals. Amy’s general office duties include answering the office phone, and assisting the Program Manager, Risk Management Consultant and Loss Control Consultant with special projects. Amy is also responsible for updating the LARM website.

DeAnn is the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director for LARM. She assists the Director with correspondence to LARM members and state officials, schedules and prepares meetings, and coordinates client visits. DeAnn is also responsible for preparing meeting minutes, accounting, administering the website, producing marketing brochures, developing surveys and questionnaires, assisting staff on other LARM projects, and many other administrative duties.
