Heather joined the LARM team in December, 2005, and is currently handling all property damage and liability claims exclusively for LARM out of the Lincoln office. She was born in Kimball Nebraska where her family lived for several years prior to moving to York where she was raised. Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln.

Shauna joined the LARM team in December, 2010, as the Senior Staff Accountant and is currently handling the finance and accounting for LARM's day to day operations. Additionally she is responsible for coordinating with the external accounting firm for the quarterly Department of Insurance filings and yearly audits, as well as the actuarial and investment advisors.
